Hilltop Civic Association sends one newsletter every year to all residents in the area covered by our civic association. The newsletter has two goals: to update our residents on the activities of their civic association and to ask members to support us with a $15 household membership.

We only send one mailing a year to help control costs. All other communications are handled via email, Facebook, and this website.
